Napoleon Bonaparte. His very name conjures up images of glorious military campaigns, heroic deeds of valor and untold suffering for the peoples of Europe for nearly twenty years. Some thought him a hero. Some thought him a god. Still others were certain that he was a demon unleashed upon the world to facilitate the destruction of mankind. Whatever the individual perspective, there is one thing that is certain; all knew his name. His period in history even bore it.

Bonaparte's Banewas formed to serve as a fraternity where Coalition officers interested in curtailing the rampant expansion of the French Empire could gather to enjoy multi-player gaming in the Napoleonic series of PBEM games created by John Tiller.

Multi-player gaming is a wonderful way to experience these games. The multi-player structure allows for more levels of interaction between team members, enabling them to discuss strategy and tactics for the specific scenario they are playing together. Multi-player partnerships also encourage discussion of the games at large, as well as the historical period in general.

This style of play serves to encourage players to meet and develop relationships with others who enjoy playing the games, no matter where they live in our world.

Bonaparte's Bane
is accepting members today. Are you ready to join our fraternity of brother gamers who are dedicated to placing the Little Corsican safely in an iron cage?
